2. Description of Service
Amumur is a voice memo application that helps you record, transcribe, and organize your voice notes. The App processes voice content locally using on-device AI to generate titles, summaries, emotions, tags, and action items.
3. Purchase and License
Subscription
Amumur offers subscription-based access through Apple App Store IAP. Your subscription is managed through your Apple ID and is subject to Apple's terms.
Refunds
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly as we do not process payments or refunds.
4. Your Data
All content you create within the App is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your data. We do not collect, access, or store any of your personal information or content. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is managed by Apple according to their terms of service.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, design, and functionality are owned by Amumur and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a license to use the App, not ownership of the intellectual property.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amumur and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
9. Updates
We may release updates to the App from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or improvements. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
